Lara Jansen ran a smart race and moved up throughout the entire 3 mile race at Hayward High. She ran a quick 19:07 finishing in 10th place and earned a spot to the State Championships in Fresno. Hayley Swanson ran 19:18 setting the school record for fastest junior on the course.

It was clear to me who earned MOTW honors for their performance at Saturday’s EBAL Championships.
