All-
We have been getting calls from parents of your student athletes
complaining to us that they were not aware of the physical date that we
are offering on the 12th of August at LifeStyleRx. As I know this
information was sent out by Clark a few weeks ago, I ask that you PLEASE
pass this information onto your student athletes as soon as possible.
This will be the only night that we are offering them and I can tell you
that at some local doctors offices, the wait is a month out to schedule
an appointment for a physical. I will make flyers available in the
school office on Monday.

Also, Clark sent out the new physical form and where the students can
download that form. I will have some available but we ask that the
students bring this information with them already filled out. It is much
lengthier than the past physical card BUT for good reason.
